Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our site, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and then “Add to Shopping Basket”. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order

We accept cheque, postal order, credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere else, outside the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Cancellations must be within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise you will incur administration fees

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Items may take between 14-21 days for stock availability

Tax Charges
Products in this catalogue are subject to VAT (price you pay is inclusive of VAT)

Returning Products
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept return for any intimate items which are worn next to the skin. If you have any doubts about your purchase please contact us before the goods are despatched. We can only accept returned products that are returned to us in their original unbroken packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Total Peace of Mind
All our items are sent via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery to ensure that your product arrives in pristine condition. You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 working days however some items are special order and may take a while longer. Please see the terms of the individual items. Deliveries outside mainland UK may take a few days extra.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using our secure server encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our servers. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
