Returns Policy

 

Our ‘Fair Return Guarantee’ means we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Exoticnights.co.uk

To give you peace of mind, we give you 14 days to return your purchases for a full refund or exchange.

If you do receive faulty goods, or wish to return any item, please return the item unworn and unwashed within 14 days in its original packaging with all tags attached to:-

Refunds will be made within 30 days.

Free delivery only applies to orders which are sent and retained by the customer, otherwise delivery charges need to be applied in the event of the order being returned.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded or Special Delivery). If an item is not returned via traceable means we cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost in the post.

For hygiene reasons

Please ensure that briefs, thongs, etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Our returns policy on hosiery is that no returns can be accepted if the pack has been opened.

Please note, Exotic Nights will never sell an item of lingerie if it has been worn by someone else.

Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time.

Refunds

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

Replacements

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged. For faulty items Exoticnights.co.uk will refund the postage. For wrong sizes and non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
